Cancellation Policy:

In the event that you will be unable to keep an appointment, please notify Dr. Sims' office at (972) 978-2157 at least 24 hours in advance. Insurance will not cover missed or canceled appointments.  Cancellations not made within 24 hours will be charged and must be paid on or before the next appointment.
